Elegant, Seasonal Spring Flowers for a Sneaton Castle Wedding in Whitby

Ashleigh and Nikita's glamorous Spring wedding at Sneaton Castle was a an absolute joy to fill with seasonal spring flowers.

This lovely couple chose to marry in Whitby as our precious seaside town holds many treasured memories for the groom, who used to holiday here with his family as a child.

The couple wanted a specific colour scheme and worked closely with us to identify what would be available seasonally. The resulting bouquets, buttonholes and corsages, ceremony and reception flowers provided us with so much joy to both grow and prepare for this beautiful wedding.

The groom kept the colour of his incredible electric blue velvet tuxedo as a surprise to the bride on the day, but letting us in on the secret meant we were able to provide sweet silk ribbons to match, and ensure the bouquets included sweet little pops of blue.

I want to say a massive thank you to Philip & Annabel for all the work they put into creating our wedding flowers. We were nervous going into the process not being local or very knowledgeable about floristry, but they made the process so simple. From calls to meeting us at the venue, they immediately put us at ease. It was so refreshing to work with people who put so much care, passion, and attention into their work. We were very open about what colours and flowers were used and we’re so glad that we did because they really created something beautiful. All the flowers were stunning, we absolutely loved them, and they got so many compliments from guests. Family members were especially happy to be able to take them home to enjoy (bonus that they lasted ages too!). Really cannot recommend Moonwind Flowers enough!
