Back in June, on one of the hottest weekends of the year, Kate and Daniel tied the knot at Middleton Lodge.
This lovely couple had booked with us a year prior - their original wedding vision involved Lake Como in Italy, but their final plans were instead to bring some Italian vibes to North Yorkshire.
This couple had a very clear vision from the start - she loved peonies, roses, dahlias, sweet pea and ranunculus and she wanted everything to work along a white and green colour palette.
A small bouquet, flowers for the cake, an elegantly deconstructed floral arch - which we had immense pleasure in creating, green foliage for the tables, floral decor for the aisle end chairs and some incredible button holes were carefully transported to Middleton Lodge the morning of the wedding.
The incredibly talented Urban Photo Lab captured these images - what a treat to have met them on the day, if only briefly, whilst delivering flowers after a very hot morning of floral setup. It was also an incredible pleasure to have met the very charming Anna of cake creators extraordinaire, Where The Ribbon Ends.
It was such a an incredible pleasure to have flowered this wedding. We thank Kate and Daniel for trusting us to fulfil their vision and wish them a lifetime of happiness.
Middleton Lodge wedding co-ordinator, Tilly, made us feel very welcome, calm and relaxed, during a busy set up in high temperatures.
"A massive thank you to Philip and Annabel for providing and creating our beautiful wedding flowers at Middleton Lodge! We were made to feel at ease from the very beginning and nothing was too much trouble. The flowers and designs created were absolutely stunning and we were so pleased with them. I would definitely recommend Moonwind Flowers to others!"
